Terms of use
Last updated: September 27, 2026. These terms describe the conditions for using the DragonLair AI website, portal, and API (the “Service”), operated under the Cybertronic Dev name. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. A separately signed agreement controls where it expressly conflicts with these terms.
Accounts and access
Keep your account details accurate and your password, sessions, project API keys, and provider credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under credentials you control. Give access only to people authorized to act for your organization, and tell us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use. We may require verification before changing account access.
Permitted use
You may use the Service to route permitted AI requests and manage your projects, subject to applicable law and the terms of any model or infrastructure provider you use. Do not use it to:
- Violate law, another person's rights, or an upstream provider's applicable rules.
- Gain unauthorized access, bypass tenant boundaries, rate limits, budgets, or security controls, or probe systems you do not own or have permission to test.
- Distribute malware, spam, or abusive traffic, or interfere with the Service or other users.
- Submit information that you are not entitled to send to the selected provider or model.
We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address security, abuse, legal requirements, or material violations. Contact us to contest a restriction.
Your content and model providers
You retain your rights in prompts, inputs, and outputs to the extent you have them. You give us permission to process and transmit your requests, responses, and related metadata as needed to provide, secure, and troubleshoot the Service. The chosen upstream provider may receive and process your request under its own terms and privacy practices. Review those terms before sending sensitive information. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for important decisions; review it independently. We do not promise that a model or provider will always be available, return a particular result, or meet a particular quality level.
Keys, usage, and charges
The current alpha default is bring-your-own-key (BYOK) with no DragonLair AI platform fee during alpha. Your upstream provider may still charge you directly. The prepaid wallet is invite-only or a later offering, not the default alpha payment path. If we offer a paid feature, its applicable price and any taxes or processing charges must be shown before you commit to it; this page does not create an undisclosed subscription or authorize a charge. See Pricing for the current public position. Budgets, estimates, and routing controls are tools for managing usage, not guarantees against all charges or provider-side costs.
Availability and changes
The Service is in alpha and may change, experience interruptions, or be discontinued. We do not offer an uptime service-level agreement or guarantee cost savings through these terms. We may update features or these terms; we will post the updated date here and provide additional notice when required by law. Changes do not retroactively change charges already agreed to. You can stop using the Service and ask about closing your account at [email protected]. Operational information is available at Status.
Privacy and contact
Our Privacy notice explains how we handle personal information. For questions about these terms, account access, or a restriction, contact [email protected]. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
